I was wondering the same thing. It seems everyone should start writing their offerings, as getting them all together may be last minute. Who usually organizes this?
I agree that we should start writing offerings now, if we haven't already. I think the page was organized from Audarya, but I can't remember who did it. It seems alarmingly late, though. On the other hand, maybe setting the page up is more or less mechanical, and the big part will be the writing and editing of the offerings.
I organized it last year, but have very little time to do it properly this year.
I can set up a page, receive the offerings and post them. I can't guarantee perfection in the whole process, but I will do my best.
