Tattva-viveka

Bhakti Sandarba Available

Prema-bhakti Marga - April 15, 2007 5:20 pm

My friend Rathi Krsna is making a bulk order of Satya Narayana's Bhakti Sandarba (Dhanurdhara Swami is teaching BS on hs Wednesday conference calls) and he is ordering seven extra sets. Rathi asked me to post his contact info. in case any one on Tattva-viveka is interested. Email Rathi Krsna at rathikrishna@wavesofdevotion.com.

I am purchasing a set for myself as well as a set for Audarya (I think they only have one set there).

I think the cost is $52.00 including shipping. He is purchasing directly from Satya Narayana.

i had a question about the two sandarbhas:- priti sandarbha and bhakti sandarbha. What is the difference between therterm bhakti and priti( does bhakti here refer to sadhanan bhakti and priti to prema).

$52--ouch! (That's from a sporadically employed substitute teacher. And I know BS is huge, but, whoa!) So we write Rathi Krishna directly?

Babhru Das - April 16, 2007 1:03 am

Vivek, I heard Swami mention briefly the subject of each of the sandarbhas recently. I don't remember whether it was on a CD or in a conference call. I'll try to see if I can figure that out.

Yes, you can write Rathi directly. It's three volumes.

If I remember correctly it cost 2400 rupees in Vrndavana which is about $60. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fit it in my suitcase when I was there recently :Nail Biting: . There are a few websites where it is available and costs about the same as Vrndavana. Satya Narayana is sending the books via 10-15 day air from India so they will get here rather quickly.

Which reminds me Babhru, your package from me is enroute, but probably won't be there as quick as above. I went the cheap route....sorry.

It is costly, but I think that it is well worth the price. I (always) think some things could have been done even better and more accurately, but on the whole, these three volumes are excellent. I hope that Satyanarayanaji will come out with the other sandarbhas as well.

Yes, abhideya tattva (bhakti) and prayojanan tattva (priti).
