I came across this interesting movie on kaballah:

Any comments anyone?

Excellent presentation (too bad we have nothing like that for Gaudiya Vaishnavism pointing to www.swami.org), remided me of "What the Bleep Do We Know?!" movie, though I personally find kabbalistic cosmology very dry and mechanical. Sefer Yezirah is the book which gives basic ideas if anyone is interested. Leshana Haba B' Yerushalayim!

One more short video on this subject:

Quite an astounding presentation. It makes our tradition look like such a fairy tale, sentimental hodge-podge, while really our tradition and scriptures are talking about the very same thing! Actually more, because we have the whole positive numbers part, that they seem to miss altogether, or better, they may not have any objection if we told them about Vrndavana (harmony, potentiality, I loved when they said that if it feels like it, it IS it), but they as a tradition don't go that far.

The next generation of Gaudiya Vaisnavas should definitely adopt this approach, although, going by the look of things, we seem to be already late.

Like for example, one thing that's always on my mind, is new ways of referring to the "heart". GM speaks so much about the heart, it's in the heart, give your heart, etc. which makes sense to everyone at some level, but really, if you think about it, what is the heart? Certainly not the muscle, and these kabbalah people would have a more scientific sounding or more enticing way of referring to bhava and citta, according to modern times and sensibility.
