What is the difference between good and bad deeds?

What is the difference between good and bad deeds? Let there be only firm devotional service to the Supreme Lord. Although the king of snakes gives poison and the moon gives sweet nectar, Lord Siva does not see any difference betweeen them.

Shambhuh maybe sees everything equal, and might look objective from one perspective. His glance encompasses both lowly worlds of poisonous creatures and elevated worlds of heavenly nectar -- the whole creation. But in his heart he's deeply compassionate, and thus biased and wants us to be released from the chains of outwardly objectivity and slavery to this creation, even if it means his own dissolution.

Through his subjective, secret desire and generous help he is guiding us reach the summits of our journeys and merge into the personal, sweet service of Bhagavan.

Thank you so much for the inspiring thought, Dhira Lalita.
