You might begin by checking out the Sanga archives.

Where to start... You'd find plenty of facts about Siva in the SB and Brahma Samhita, but you'd have to skim through all of them and the purport. Or you could get some literature from Siva worshipers, but that could be a little skewed.

Why don't you go here http://vedabase.net/s/siva and see what comes out. You can also search other names for him, like Sambhu, Rudra, Sankara, Mahadeva, Pasupati, Bhutanatha, Nataraja; these are the ones that I am sure appear in the SB.

And you can always google it up, and ask here about something in particular you may come across.

But I suggest you read first the story of Daksa, in the Bhagavatam, and the churning of the ocean of milk, and the creation of the universe.

You will likely find in this sanga a view of Shiva along the lines of Gaudiya Vaishnavism and not that of an angle of Mahadev being the end object of worship (Shaivite). Not that he is not worshiped, but that he is worshiped in order to obtain the object of worship ie. unmotivated bhakti for The Divine Couple, Sri Radha-MadanMohan.

"Milk changes into yogurt when mixed with a yogurt culture, but actually it is constitutionally nothing but milk. Similarly, Govinda, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, assumes the form of Lord Shiva (Shambhu) for the special purpose of material transactions. I offer my obeisances at His lotus feet."

Mahaprabhu, in his instructions to Sanatan Goswami, discusses the position of Lord Shiva in Chaitanya Charitamrta.
