These beautiful deities are in Vrindavana and ready to ship to San Francisco, from where I would like to take them personally as carry on luggage to Madhuvan on my next visit. I am waiting on the price with shipping included.
Another alternative would be to have someone from California who plans on visitng Vrindavana some time soon to bring them to Audarya as their carry on baggage. It would take two devotees, each carrying one.
They are 24' tall and each deity weighs about 35 lbs.
We did receive one spontaneous donation of $100 from this posting for the deities. I hope to have the exact price later today, and I will post it as soon as I get it for the pleasure of the devotees. Some devotees have asked about giving me a gift in honor of my 60th birthday this March . . .

The price with shipping and packing is $1,563.68. Not that much at all.

That seems light for 24" tall marble deities? Maybe 35 kilos?

Well, there are 100 of us here. I know that some of us are brahmacaris, and some belong to the same family, but if we all pitch in, say $15, there you have it covered.

The vendor told me that both deities together weigh 38 kg. without the lotus base seen in the picture.

I wonder what GM has in mind for the paraphernalia. All silver, or bamboo flute and teak plow? We could make outfits and jewelry, too.

Thanks to all the sevaites the deities will be purchased on Monday (tomorrow) and air shipped on Tuesday to Audarya! We also have some beautiful pearl jewelry waiting for them here at Madhuvan.
