How to insert some quote or proverb in my posts?

I would like to have some quote or proverb in my posts,

so where to write it?, so that it always appears on the bottom

in small blue letters (like I have seen on the posts of other

members).

Click on "My Controls" under the banner at the top, then choose "Edit Signature" under "Personal Controls" on the left. Then you should be able to insert a signature that will show up at the bottom of each post.
