I was reading this article on God as Mother: A Feminine Theology as described BVP and how it differs from Bhagavat. This Purana has the story on Tulasi Vivaah, Radha and Krsna's child, their marraige by brahma etc. It has been a very fluid purana with different versions.
How authentic did GV's consider this purana?
The Goswamis often quote the BVP, but not the version that we have today. I have not been able to locate any of the (many) verses quoted in the Haribhaktivilasa in the present edition of this purana.
