After much deserved scorn from various attendents of the festival regarding my somewhat lacking ability to upload pictures at a reasonable pace I now seek to reform.
Here then are some of the less terrible shots I managed to get during my hiding behind the camera. If you were at Audarya there is a good chance you´ll find yourself in one of them...
Prabhu, Thanks for you wonderful pictures. I know it can feel awkward to be behind the lens but it is a necessary awkward. Thank you for documenting these wonderful congregations. I was only able to get a couple usable images and I hope you don't mind my sharing here to not make a redundancy in subject matter.
Oh my! What's left to say after seeing these beautiful pictures... Something like wish I would have been there.
Ditto that! Thanks Kamalaksa. And a belated happy birthday to our favorite duck.
Does the more later include any altar shot? I only saw the Janmastami one.
WONDERFUL!!!
Ditto! These aren't like being there; they do, however serve as impetus for getting to the festivals because we see so clearly what we missed. Thanks, as usual, to our favorite duck.
Wow great job with the pictures! really makes me want to get back to Audarya
Kamalaksa your photos are wonderful! Are any of them posted at a public location?
Some of the attendees from the yoga studio wanted to see them, but they are not yet members of T-V.
Hari Bhakti,
the pictures are not yet published on any public forums, because Krishangi is writing an article for a womens magazine illustrated with just these pictures (some of them) and cannot be made public prior to that. (We don't want to miss out on the quite nice deal the magazine has offered us )
What I can do, however is to send you the jpg files on a cd, for you and your friends to view. Would this work for you?
Also, I know that once the magazine has been published Krishangi will start posting the same pics on Facebook. But then again that's not a public forum either...

You should post them on flickr.com. If you title your pictures there and copyright them, lots of chances that they may end up in more publications for cash. I know quite a few people who have sold a photo because of flickr.com.
You don't have to put them on CD, I'll try to be patient and wait until every thing is settled with the article.
