Cheese in progress

Since not so far at Audarya the monks, thanks to GM's vision and the 5 more gallons of daily milk ,

have started to produce their own cheese...

It looks going very well, at the moment this is only the beginning.

and Mozzarella...

Now it's just about waiting....

well mozzarella is already on the market and it taste so good, customers love it... :Just Kidding:

Right now we only have fresh cheeses (mozzarella, feta, and jalapeno or curry juustoleipä) available), but I suppose they could be packaged and shipped. They are all $20/lb.

how about 1/2 pound each and if 2 pounds for 2.99 at the post office still exist it may be the way to ship.
