As far as accommodations, Bhakti-rasa and Dulal will have floor space in their new house, and Drstha and Rudrani also will have a time share that will sleep eight from April 14th-28th. Please contact them to arrange to stay at their places during your visit. There are also a couple of campgrounds nearby. One is The Hitching Post. We stayed there, it's nothing fancy, and reasonably priced, but it works. The other is River Creek Campground It's a little nicer, has facility for tents as well as cabins and is within walking distance of Saragrahi. Can't wait to see you all!!

Can someone please state clearly where Saragrahi is? Is Rutherdfordton the nearest town? Is Charlotte the best city to fly into?
Saragrahi is right off Rock Springs Church Road, Rutherfordton, NC, which is about 2 hours from the Charlotte Airport.

The asheville airport is the closest and Greenville SC is also very close.
Only recently saw this thread... Here is an updated schedule. Notable is that the initiation date is changed to Saturday the 7th, and the picnic at Saragrahi is on the 8th.
