At the suggestion of Guru Maharaja we are opening our private nectar session to all the devotees. For most of the last 2 or 3 years we have been having a weekly conference call with Swami where we have a question and answer hour. We began in Baltimore and have continued it here in NC. I have thought about opening up the call, but I always wondered if it would be managable. In Baltimore we were moslty in one room using the speaker phone. However since now we are all calling one number from many places in does make sense to open up the call to everyone----at least we can try it.
You call one number and enter a password----like a tattva-viveka conference call. If you don't mind I will moderate it to help it go as smoothly as possible and ask for questions. Maharaja is on the call from 7-8 PM (EST) but I highly recommend that you come on early (I am there by 6:45 PM (EST) to schedule your questions.) We can all be heard so it is good to mute your self by pushing the 6 button when Swami begins to talk. Then you can push 6 again to ask a question.
Multitasking (ie washing dishes, typing etc) without muting yourself means everyone will hear that on the call which can be very distracting.
Another essential item is that I have to give the company the number of callers who will be on the line, so you need to email me by Wednesday if you are going to be on the call. Otherwise there may not be a line for you. 100 callers can be on the line at once, but I have to know in advance to make those lines available.

Just to confirm a detail, is the time actually 7-8 pm Eastern Standard (not Daylight) time?
is there a way to have these conversation recorded? as there is probably no option for us non-us citizens to join the sanga technically as well as timewise.

Freddie recorded the last phone sanga call and it came out great. He will continue to do this, and we will make them available either by sending them to Audarya for distribution or some other means.

We have been having it on Thursday for some time now and we can continue that. My question to the devotees is would there be more participation if we had the call on Sunday at 10AM PST (Swami or Audarya time) which is 1PM EST on the east coast? That was the time we used to have it in Baltimore.
I am trying to see what would work best for the greatest number of devotees. I wonder how many Tattva-vivekis are on the West Coast? Anyway if you could let me know as soon as you can. We are leaving for New Vrndavana's "Festival of Inspirtation" on Thursday. I will have to set up the call by Wednesday so if I don't hear from you I will set it up for Thursday. I can change it later if necessary.
