If you type the following command into the Google search engine:
varnasrama site:swami.org
it will show all of the Sanga articles in which Guru Maharaja mentions varnasrama. You could also replace the word "varnasrama" with any other words you would like to search for. It's like a mini-VedaBase!

yes i have been using google quite a lot for that. it works quite nicely.
Also listen to the latest cd lectures, on the one called Nistha and Yukta-vairagya, Guru Maharaj talks about varnasrama too.
