I think she is asking way to much. I would be willing to put 20,000.00 down and finance 80,000.00 if 2 more would join in and we offer 300,000.00 or we make a lower offer of 12,000.00 per acre.
This is more reasonable number at 12,000 per acre but it is still way high when she only wanted 180,000.00 2.5 years ago or 9,000.00 per acre.
